Is the sentence “Can it just be December yet?” grammatically correct. Is the “yet” unnecessary. My brain isn’t working right now.

  2. samantha0423 answered: Nope :) It’s either “Can it just be December(already)” or “Is it December yet?” :) I think. Then again, I just got outta 8th grade .. ;)
  3. ohhhmanchester answered: I’m not sure but maybe can it be december ‘already’ or ‘now’ would be better

  5. lovetheriddlesthatyouspeak answered: I’d take out the yet. It’s kind of unnecessary.
  6. the-lost-tree answered: maybe you could try “Can’t it just be December yet?”……..wait that still doesn’t sound right. hmmm
  7. fionamaekraft answered: it would be already instead of yet!
